FDEP's Public Comment period for Track Line's Air Permit application ended at 5:00p, Friday, 10/31/25. As of 10:30a, Friday, 10/31, an FDEP contact shared that “around 200 complaints” had already been received, with several hours yet to go before the Public Comment period closed. Apparently, this high volume is unusual for an air permit.
